From inside the app
- Open Mali
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Your account and garden data are permanently removed. This can’t be undone.

Prefer to do it by hand? Email hello@keedastudios.com from the address on your account and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details
- Your gardens, plants, layouts and care history
- Your Sidney chat history
Anonymous, aggregated diagnostics that can’t be linked back to you may be retained.
